- How long does a custom t-shirt order take?
- Standard production is 5–7 business days from artwork approval, then shipping or local pickup. Rush options are available for tight deadlines.
- What file types do you accept?
- PNG, JPG, SVG, or PDF all work. Higher resolution is better — our AI tools can clean up rough scans, but vector art prints sharpest.
- Do you serve customers near me in Northeast Ohio?

- What's the difference between sublimation and screen printing?
- Sublimation fuses dye into polyester fabric — photoreal, no cracking, no peeling, soft to the touch. Screen printing layers ink on top and works best on cotton. We sublimate by default for full-color art.
