Use of the Site

You may use our site for lawful, personal, and business purposes related to browsing, designing, and purchasing custom apparel. You may not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

Orders & Acceptance

All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion — for example, if artwork is unavailable, a product is out of stock, pricing is incorrect, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, we will refund any amount you have paid.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is required at checkout through our authorized payment processor. You are responsible for any applicable sales taxes and shipping fees shown at checkout.

Custom Artwork & Approvals

You represent that you own — or have permission to use — any logos, images, names, or other content you submit for printing or embroidery. You grant us a limited license to reproduce that content solely to fulfill your order. Once you approve a digital proof or move forward with production, the order cannot be changed.

Production & Turnaround

Standard turnaround is typically 7–10 business days after artwork approval, plus shipping time. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by order volume, material availability, or shipping carrier delays.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damage that occurs in transit, though we will help you file a claim when possible.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final. If your order arrives with a defect or production error on our part, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will repair, replace, or refund the affected items at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by Spot Color Wear or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute site content without our written permission.

Disclaimers

Our site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
